Please carefully read our terms and conditions before placing an order.

QUOTES

Quotes are valid for 30 days (excluding errors). Prices are subject to availability of timber.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

To action an order a non-refundable 30% deposit is required and the balance required in full prior to dispatch.

BUILD TIMES

We will provide you with an estimated build date when placing your order. Delays do not constitute a breach of contract and Te Rakau Joinery is not liable or responsible for any disruptions or costs incurred.

TIMBER

A natural feature of solid timber is the varying colours, grains and textures. Splits and cracks may develop as it responds to the environment and these are not to be considered a fault or flaw and will not compromise the construction of any products we make.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS BY SELLER

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time in which case all funds paid by Purchaser will be returned.

RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully. All sales are final.

SHOWROOM STOCK

All showroom stock sales are final. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect goods thoroughly before purchase.
